the room was massive i received a beautiful upgrade with a terrace. there was a big bathroom facing the lake. the room had very quiet and easy to use aircon.

The location was great and the view, pool and restaurant all added to the experience. it was an easy walk to the heart of the town, allowing me to enjoy both the town and the quiet of the lake. i particularly enjoyed the restaurant. The food and service were expert. the location allowed enjoyment of all aspects of the area.

i found both restaurants were closed on a monday. i had to get a taxi into town to find somewhere to eat. the taxi charged an extra fee.

the hotel has e-bikes available for rent at 40 euros each and a beautiful 26-mile path circles the lake. hiking trails are easily accessible above the hotel. our room faced the lake and the view was quite fine. the concierge staff was friendly and helpful!

the room lacked sufficient storage. the hanging space was limited to about 30cm and the desk drawers were very small.

the balneotherapy pool was at 30 degrees c i expected a hot tub i had to walk to reception multiple times to get service at the outdoor pool area the bar was constantly unattended
